FREE Employment Skills Training for Young Adults

Skills Quest Young Adults is an online, self-paced program geared to help participants prepare for and gain sustainable employment. This FREE program helps Young Adults learn skills that will help them thrive in today’s diverse and technology-driven workplaces. ELIGIBILITY • 16-29 • Living on central or south Vancouver Island • Unemployed or precariously employed • Ready, willing, and able to work PROGRAM FEATURES • Self-paced - you can work at your own pace • Online - you can complete the entire program virtually. Or, if you’d prefer to work with your team in-person, you may do so at one of our local offices. • Employment Skills – we researched the top life & employment skills that Employers want and applied them directly to our training programs. Once you're accepted to Skills Quest Young Adults we will create a training plan, and access to wrap-around supports to help facilitate your success in this program.
