Part Time Admin & Reception Position
We are looking for an efficient, professional, and friendly individual to join our team in a full-day, part-time position sharing both Administrative and Reception duties.
In this role, you would work in reception. The position would include answering the phones, administrative tasks, updating our window cards and YouTube videos, etc.
* Preferred past experience in administrative and/or reception roles in a professional office environment
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, and the ability to work quickly and effectively
* Demonstrated workplace professionalism; ability to work well as part of a team but also work independently
