We are an older couple, looking for a HOME, not just a RENTAL. We have always maintained our home as if we were the owners, lived in a sweet house with acreage. Due to health reasons my husband needs a scooter now and I couldn't maintain the acreage alone so we had to move into an apartment with no outdoor space and too small. We want our long term home now. Do have some needs/wants. Must be level entry or we can ramp some stairs. Must have a tub/shower, washer/drier, be kitty cat friendly and allow outdoor only smoking, so some nice outdoor area. Roomy with good storage, one or two bedrooms. If utilities included, (hydro, heat, internet) up to $900 per month. In this market the price we want may seem low but if you want EXCELLENT people with perfect references... well we are the ones to think about. We are clean, quiet have had criminal checks done as we needed this for our last line of work. Willing to dog walk, garden or house sit.
