Position Purpose As a key member of the Administration Department, the Finance Manager implements the strategies provided by the Director of Administration and acts to develop, manage, evaluate and oversee all functions of the ICCS finance department. Key functions include regular and timely financial reports, directing day to day financial activity, supporting completion and transcription of ICCS payroll to accounting records, budget, and recommendations to the Director of Administration. QUALIFICATIONS This position requires a high degree of leadership and confidentiality and is a non-union position. The Finance Manager leads the finance team with strong interpersonal and team building skills that encourage intrinsic motivation in team members. Education - CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) in Canada, or similar professional training and experience. Training and Experience - Five (5) years recent related experience.
