$1,200 · WANTED: Quiet cat friendly garden suite/carriage house

Hello landlords and home owners! I am a professional musician and I work as a film/tv artist, composer, teacher, recording engineer and music coach (all currently online via zoom) and I am looking for a quiet garden suite, guest house, cottage, ex airbandb or carriage house preferably near the water, to live and work. $1200 is my limit so less than that would be ideal and it needs to be all inclusive. I am a sole proprietor and have several streams of income in the music industry. I have my police check done as well. I am responsible and always pay my rent on time. I don't drink or smoke, I love to cook, work out, swim and go for walks on the beach as often as I can. I also like to sail and I own a 28' sailboat. I also raise money in the local communities for homeless teens and I also love to perform for the seniors at the long term facilities when I can. I also have a 11 year old well trained and very friendly small cat named max who is fixed and well behaved. He's awesome and super friendly :). I am very clean and organized and really enjoy my peace and quiet (This is very important, if you have a loud place or in a noisy neighborhood it's not going to work). I am not looking for a basement suite (people above me) I need a place that is a free standing building. I have a great reference from a previous landlord when I lived in Victoria for 3.5 years. I am fine with month to month but happy to sign a lease as well. If you have a unit (above a garage, garden suite, inlaw, farm house etc.) I would love to have a conversation with you. I am open to anywhere on the island as long as you are fairly close to a tower (I have my own shaw account in which I will need to transfer). Once again peace and quiet are at the top of my list so I can write and record in peace. I want a place near the ocean or right on it so if you have something like that send me a message!
