Pad Rental

Hello, we are a retired couple looking for long term pad rental in the Nanaimo Parksville area. Ideally we prefer 55+ and large enough to accommodate a NEW 14 to 16 foot, 600 to 700’ sq foot modular home as well as room for either a 10’x10’ storage shed OR space for a 12to14’ cargo trailer that would be used for a shop and storage for our touring motorcycle. We currently live in our own home in Ladysmith and are looking to downsize and are willing to rent the pad now while we sell our existing home and order our modular.
