$600 · 1 bedroom for rent in 3 bedroom townhouse apartment

I am looking for someone (require references) to rent out a single bedroom (master bedroom with en suite bathroom). The townhouse is located at 268 Harwell Dr and was renovated last year. The term would begin January 1 and last 8 months (non negotiable but you can extend if necessary). Water is included in the rent ($600/month).
