Late 1800's hand-held travelling apothecary scale with original wooden case and 10 Apothecaries Weights including 1/2 dram, 1 dram, 2 drams, 1 scruple, 2 scruples and 5 stamped grain weights (2,3,4,5,6). Two brass pans are suspended by cotton threads from a cast iron beam.
