This is a pair of 20 inch outboards that were on my 28 ft Cougar cat race boat boat sold kept all RIGGING and props 32 pitch 4 blades perfect running motors a left and a right both have exhaust relief . Comes with Latham steering complete system lines rams helm dual shifter set up all in a tote foot throttle.These are v8 motors not toys rev limiter removed I've never needed to turn more than 6000 rpm bit they will no problem .
