The suite is fully legal, meaning you will also be responsible for setting up your own Hydro and paying for your Hydro usage. Internet and cable will also be your responsibility. No Pets permitted. No Smoking Cigarettes. No Smoking Marijuana. No doing Drugs. No Criminals. I am looking for a clean and respectful person(s) to reside in the suite.
