All the usual appliances, also including, air conditioning, surround sound cd/stereo system, large awning, outdoor shower, power leveling jacks, etc, absolutely everything in trailer works as it should. Has back bunk beds as well as front queen bed, sleeps 8 all together including pull out couch and fold down dinette. All 3 bed mattresses in like new condition, as are couch and dinette cushions. Been very well maintained, doesn't leak, an overall great trailer, ready to go. Weight is 5177 lbs, easily towed with a ½ ton, tires and brakes are good. Located in Duncan.
