ONLY the 5th wheel is for rent, you would need your own campsite or pad. It is included in the BC rental/tenancy Act, and we do allow one well behaved pet with deposit.

We are currently redoing the floor and sprucing it up a bit and will include interior pics when finished. You will need your own mattress, that's the only item furniture wise we don't provide. No little items included, it's no different then a lightly furnished apartment. And we have a spare small tv but if you have your own I'd suggest using it instead.

Tow to your location is your responsibility, must be done by reputable company.
Damage- ½ of monthly rent- $250
Pet Deposit- ½ of monthly rent- $250
Monthly rent (due on the ¹st)- $500
