$2,500 · 2002 Mazda Tribute

This Mazda Tribute runs and drives well. It has been sitting for two months but I just fired it up and it ran fine as before. Still pretty clean as well. The vehicle's previous owner took good care of it and I have the receipts from regular maintenance back to 2014. I recently changed the oil in the summer as well. The vehicle is mechanically sound. It's only issue is the AWD doesn't work because something is broken in the transfer case. You can hear a noise when driving at very low speeds. This doesn't effect the drivability or life span of the vehicle at all, I only suspect it has a negative overall effect on fuel economy. The car still performs well on rougher roads in spite of the absence of AWD. Not sure the cost to fix this problem. The previous owner also mentioned there was a slow coolant leak, but I haven't needed to refill the coolant in a year. All in all it's a great working vehicle with some solid life left in it. Not insured, but come fire it up and have a look!
