Purchased this car five years ago and have put roughly 30,000 kilometers on it in that time. It has been nothing but easy to drive and maintain. It has been well looked after as a secondary car, it has mostly been driven around town with only a couple trips as far as Victoria and back. We've never encountered any major issues and it has kept itself running very well. This is a perfect first car for a new driver or an economical secondary vehicle. It is extremely good on gas and insurance is more than reasonable. The good: - The car is in very good condition with no major mechanical issues - Handles and drives very well - Transmission is good with a fully functioning overdrive - Brakes are good - Very good on gas - Lots of room in the backseat and trunk - All electronics work as intended (excluding windshield wiper fluid system) - Recently replaced accessory timing belt - Recently replaced flex pipe - New tires (both winter and summer, winters are currently on) - Visibility is great - Very reliable - Service/detail list included - Cleaned and detailed on date of listing ***No rust*** The bad: - Windshield wiper fluid system does not work (should be a cheap fix I just haven't gotten around to fixing it) - Sometimes makes a noise at idle (easily fixed by simply driving, probably the old timing belt, hasn't happened since it was replaced) - Only one of the backseats folds down, the knob on the adjuster broke (probably a cheap fix, but again haven't gotten around to fixing it as it isn't too important) The ugly: - There are paint blemishes on the mirror arms - The headlights are slightly fogged as is common with cars of this era - Small amounts of sap on roof Overall a very good car, no complaints while owning it. It is listed at $2000 which includes two new sets of new tires, one summer, one winter. Price is negotiable but please don't waste time with low ball offers.
