This custom built vanity has been converted from a beautiful (but damaged) antique dresser. Its found some new life with a custom cedar base and concrete top. The top is sealed with a clear food-safe, stain proof, and water tight sealer. Sink and faucet are pre-installed and ready to hook up to your water supply and drain. The top drawer is a removable false front to allow access to the plumbing, while the bottom 2 drawers and door are functional and in good working order. The vanity is the standard height of 32", 38" wide, and 19 1/4" deep
