A new AcroYoga Progression Series with Genevieve Hicks and Varenka Friesen! $108 for all 6 weeks or $21.50 drop-in Our Acro Series has changed format a little... The structure of each session will be as follows: CLASS 7:45pm - 9:15pm Class format: - 15 min warm up/games - 15 min conditioning/calibrations - 60 min poses/transitions 75 minutes supervised ACROJAM 9:15pm - 10:30pm **PLEASE NOTE: You must have attended a Beginner AcroYoga Workshop before attending the series or the jams. The progression series will focus on the nitty gritty of technique, spotting and working the basics to build progressions. *To drop-in for a single session, there is no need to register online beforehand. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins to chat with the teachers and pay the drop-in fee. *If you are dropping in for just the jam ($5), please arrive at 9:15pm and you can pay at the end of the session.
