Likely from the 1900 - 1910, possibly to 1920's era. We bought it in 1995 from a Lower Mainland business that supplies props to the movie industry. It made a brief appearance in the 1993 Warner Bros movie "Free Willy" (that movie info is still on imdb at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106965/?ref_=nv_sr_1?ref_=nv_sr_1 ) Metal tag inside door shows a logo of the manufacturer, "W.F.M. Ltd., Made in Glascow". On the back of the upper hutch is the paper label of the retail store, "J & R Allan" with details of the original sale. (See photos below). Measurements are approximate but very close: Height 67", Width 35", Depth 22". Depth of bottom section is 21". The top hutch is 11" in depth, and can be removed for moving. The photos describe the features - glass doors on hutch (no chips or cracks), and sliding doors to spice cabinet. The base has an enamel pull-out work surface, dove-tailed drawer construction, one drawer has removable dividers (dividers are 3/8" solid wood). Double doors to lower storage with one shelf. Downsizing, so time for it to move on. New owner will need to take care of transporting.
