Up for sale is an excellent condition Bolex 581 Sound Macro-zoom Super 8 Movie Camera with carrying case and accessories. This comes from the private collection of my late father who was an experienced amateur photographer and filmmaker. He was the original owner of this camera and it's been babied and well taken care of. It was professionally serviced less than a year ago and completely cleaned, lubricated and adjusted. It's been film tested and is in 100% perfect working condition. All functions work smoothly and completely. It's in excellent, super clean cosmetic condition with only minor signs of use... a few light scuffs and marks here and there. (The vinyl covering on the hand grip is starting to lift a little on the edges -- a spot of glue will easily fix it). Lens optics are perfect -- no scratches, haze or fungus. Viewfinder is excellent and clear. Battery Compartment and Battery Holder are pristine. Film compartment is immaculate.
