Job Description includes, but is not limited to: Answering Phones, and greeting/meeting with clients. Sorting, posting and data entry. Payables and Receivables. Filing. Payroll. Government Remittances for Payroll, GST, PST, WCB, etc. Reconciliation of accounts for monthly financial statements. Reconciliation of accounts in preparation of year end packages.
