CASUAL/ON-CALL COOK ARROWSMITH

CASUAL/ON-CALL COOK ARROWSMITH LODGE, is a unionized 75 bed Long Term Care facility in Parksville, BC. We are currently accepting resumes for casual/on-call Cooks. Graduation from a recognized 12 month program in cooking plus one years' recent related experience in a Long Term Care Facility; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current Food Safe Level I Certificate required. This position includes: preparing food items by following established menus, recipes and quantity quotas, planning preparation and cooking schedule.
