COMMUNITY WORKFORCE RESPONSE GRANT Health Care Assistant Training Become an HCA in 8 Months! Offering Health Care Assistant Training in Parksville/Qualicum/Port Alberni for eligible BC residents who are either unemployed or have precarious employment, and who are looking to become a Healthcare Assistant via the Community Workforce Response Grant. Those who are eligible will have the opportunity to attend a funded Health Care Assistant (HCA) program and learn the tools needed to successfully enter the workforce as part of the healthcare team.
