20'x10' motorhome addition 14'x10 living area 6 x 10' deck area. Will fit alongside any 25' or better motor home or trailer. Opening is 8' x 14', comes with locking sliding glass door, metal locking front door and nice double pain opening window. 2x6 construction, well insulated and vapour barrier, insulated carpet and underlay. It's in great shape and can be delivered anywhere on Vancouver Island. Also comes with a 10'x20' deck which attaches to the window side of addition. Has a stainless steel wood stove as well for added cost. Very warm in all conditions.
