Carpenter

T-Square Construction is seeking skilled carpenters to join our team! We are committed to excellent customer service, dedicated to making our clients' dream homes a reality through renovations, additions, and building new homes. Our new team member must be able to multi-task, work well individually, have good organizational skills, and be great at problem solving. We're looking for empathetic and genuine workers with excellent communication skills. Ideally, we are interested in bringing on a skilled Red Seal carpenter to oversee individual kitchen renovation projects, but we are also interested in hiring Carpenter Apprentices of all years. Hours of work: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. Renumeration will be based on experience. We have clients all along lower Vancouver Island; job sites are anywhere Nanaimo south, but generally in the Victoria area Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Execution of work orders from plans & site manager * Focusing on quality, cost control, and consistency * Ensuring all aspects of the job are completed as per company protocols Requirements: * Must have at least two years of experience * Must have own tools * Must have valid driver's license and vehicle * Knowledge of various steps of construction projects * Ability to transfer instructions into action efficiently * Proficient in all aspects of construction and building repair * Experience in customer service / dealing with clients If you're interested in joining our team, please email us your resume; no phone calls about this position.
