Construction Labourer

T-Square Construction is seeking to expand our team in the Nanaimo area and looking for another general labourer to join us! We are committed to excellent customer service, and dedicated to making our clients' dream homes a reality through renovations, additions, and building new homes. Our new team members must be able to multi-task, work well individually, have good organizational skills, and be great at problem solving. We're looking for empathetic and genuine workers with excellent communication skills. Hours of work: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday. Renumeration will be based on experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Execution of work orders from site manager * Focusing on quality, cost control, and consistency * Ensuring all aspects of the job are completed as per company protocols Requirements: * Must have at least two years of experience * Must have own tools * Must have valid driver's license and vehicle * Knowledge of various steps of construction projects * Ability to transfer instructions into action efficiently * Experience in customer service / dealing with clients If you're interested in joining our team, please email us your resume; no phone calls about this position.
