Selling my custom built "Ugly Drum Smoker". Moving to a new place and wont be able to have it there.
Works fantastic, charcoal goes in a basket in the bottom, dampeners help control temperature, wood goes directly on the charcoal, has a separate tray to catch drippings. I've done everything from turkey to whole beef briskets, chipotle pepper, and couldn't be happier with it.
Ill break down the whole process to whomever this finds a home with, also includes a charcoal chimney.
