Price DECREASED to $5/lb INCLUDING processing!!! They have gone to market, so we need to sell. AMAZING DEAL!!!! Processed humanely by Gunter Bros Meat Company (licensed, government inspectors on site all day, every day!! - you pick up the cut & wrapped meat directly from this facility). The meat will be packaged around the first week of November, but can be stored at this facility for up to 30 days to allow for flexible pickup. We raised only 6 pigs on our small farm in Coombs this year. You can find us on Facebook at Emerald Acres Coombs (we do horse boarding, but also raise a few happy pigs!). They have been fed organic garden vegetables from our garden and organic apples from our trees, and all-vegetable pig grain (for protein and vitamins). They happily roam in a huge paddock that's 80 ft x 100 ft, complete with grass, trees, a large pig house that they use freely, and a mud wallow. They live naturally and with joy. We will supply you with Gunter's processing form, and you get to pick the cuts that they will process your side of pork into!! The processing includes all the basic cuts. You get ribs, chops, roasts, steaks, ham, bacon, and sausages. If you want to upgrade to specialty items like pepperoni, smokies, jerky, etc. then you can pay the extra fees to get that (we will provide you with Gunter's "custom processing" price list). Price is $5/pound which INCLUDES the processing, so it's extremely good value for free-range clean pork. Dressed (cleaned) weight per pig is aprx 250 pounds.
