FULL TIME AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Description The Automotive Service Advisor is a customer oriented, motivated team player responsible for handling communications between our Technicians and the Customer, bringing the concerns of the customer to the Technician and advising the customer with any technical details regarding their car. Monday to Friday. Primary Responsibilities Responsibilities of the Automotive Service Advisor will include: - Communicating with the customer to determine the nature of any mechanical or electrical issues. - Secure agreement from customers before repairs, cover cost estimate and approximate time when vehicle's work will be completed. - Communicating with the technicians to bring up any of the customer's concerns and additional services as requested. - Inform and advise the customer regarding any of the required parts and services to make the proper, needed repairs. - Schedule and prioritize all customer appointments as needed. - Communicating with the customer to bring up any needed services or repairs for their vehicle. - Explain all work completed on the customer's vehicle and translate the costs of each service performed. Salary Negotiable and based on experience, Requirements Applicants must have a valid driver's license,and have previous experience in a related position is a must, Applicants are expected to have superior verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
