There is also a 6ft river rock no lip shower with shower bench & a sit-down vanity sink. Any tiled floor has floor heat as well as there are convection thermostats heat in all rooms. AC in the living room. The kitchen has pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, etc... Has microwave, griddle toaster oven crock pot/rice maker, electric frying pan & 2 burner element. The bedroom has a king bed with linens supplied. The suite faces west so the evening hues are spectacular. It has a TV in the living room. INCLUDES off-street parking, high-speed wifi or hookup internet, Telus optic TV (free Netflicks & 100's of other channels), laundry room with washer & dryer, electricity, water, garbage (ALL UTILITIES). Upgrades have been made since pictures have been taken.
