Your room is located on the lower level of the house with a shared bathroom, shared kitchen, separate entrance, living room and dining room. You share the space with another roommate. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living and dining rooms are furnished. The monthly rent includes utilities and wi-fi and laundry. There is plenty of street parking. We require a damage deposit of $300.00. The room is available now. We are looking for a respectful and very tidy renter. No smoking and no pets. We have a cat in case you may have allergies.
