As far as we know it spent most of it's life with one couple and was well looked after. A young family then owned it and looked after it for a dozen years or so always keeping it in an RV carport and doing proper winterizing etc.. They used it a few times a year on the island only. We considered keeping it but really won't use it enough to keep. We took it to H&M auto repair for servicing. Belts, brakes, bearings and seals etc... We have all receipts. To our knowledge the only mechanical things that it needs is the E-brake ratchet doesn't work properly, the windshield washer pump doesn't work (wipers do), a belt need to tightened (squeals when started from cold but stops), the high beams need replacing. Everything works as it should and it's a good solid vehicle. It will sleep 5-6 - the back bunks being more ideal for those under 6'. The bottom line is that it is clean, dry and good to go on another trip - we would not hesitate to take Mom for another journey in it tomorrow. It's currently insured and you are welcome to test drive it if you have driven an RV and have cash in hand. If you have read this far then yes, the RV is still for sale. Low ball offers ignored.
