We consist of 3 adults and 2 children under 5. We are a 3 generational family, so space is needed. We will take care of your home inside and out and are willing to do small repairs when needed. We enjoy gardening and playing outside rain or shine; and in turn, get to know our neighbours for a safer community. We need a home within walking distance to an elementary school where the oldest will be starting kindergarten in September for long term rental from Ladysmith to Lantzville. We are in our 4th year at our current home, and come with small fur family. Vet records available for viewing as well as landlord reference.
