Organically grown Reishi (Ganaderma Lucidum), partially sun dried to increase the vitamin D content then low temperature dried. Each pack contains between 25-30 grams of Reishi slices producing 10 cups of tea. Simply add the slices to 10 cups of boiling water and simmer for a min. of 4-6 hours.
