Looking for a Reliable Home Support Worker for Persons with Disabilities Job Title: Home Support Worker for Persons with Disabilities Job Type: Permanent Full-time Major Responsibilities *Provide care and companionship for person with disability *Administer bedside and personal care to client such as aid in transferring from bed to wheelchair to commode, bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing and undressing *Plan and prepare healthy meals and special diets, and feed or assist in feeding client *Assist in regular exercise *May perform routine health-related duties such as changing non-sterile dressings, assisting in the administration of medications and collecting specimens *May perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, washing dishes and making beds. Job Qualifications and Requirements * High school graduate * Experience caring for elderly or training as caregiver or related occupation * Reliable, honest, and trustworthy * Flexible hours of work Work Setting: Employer's home.
