$15 · Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor will work with the General Manager in maintaining the overall smooth operation of the Housekeeping Department, including but not limited to: cleaning of guest rooms to the standard set by Ocean Trails Resort, supervising, training and inspecting the performance of the Housekeeping staff and Laundry Attendants, and to ensure that all procedures are completed to proper standards. The Supervisor will assist in the cleaning of guest rooms and ensure superior guest satisfaction. Previous housekeeping experience is an asset. Must have the ability to effectively manage guest and associate concerns, and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and General Manager in maintaining the overall smooth operation of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that all procedures are completed to hotel standards. They will ensure all safety, security and hotel policies/procedures are observed, and that areas of responsibilities (keys, linen, supply closets and store room) are well-maintained.
