$900 · ISO/Wanted

Hi, I am looking to rent a 1 bedroom/or bachelor suite for April 1st (or May 1st). I would prefer around the Nanaimo area (or within 30 minutes drive from Nanaimo area). Approximately $700 - 900 rent or $800-1000 with utilities (cable/internet) included. Currently in Surrey. I am looking for long term rental (not a place that will not be available in a year or two down the road). I am a Loss Prevention Officer and have been with the same company for over 12 years now. I am looking to transfer my job to the Naniamo. I am single female in her 50's, extremely quiet, no smoking, no drugs or partying of any kind. I do have a small (15lb) very very friendly dog (French BulldogX) and a small (7lb) indoor cat (goes for walks on leash around the yard). The dog and cat are very well behaved and will cause no damages what so ever ( I also worked with animals for over 20 years and my animals are very well behaved).
