Maintenance

Ocean Trails Resort (Strata VIS2118) has a permanent part-time position open in our interior maintenance department. Duties for this position include routine interior condo maintenance, including drywall repairs, painting, caulking and silicone when needed, replace light bulbs and fixtures as needed, respond to guest's maintenance requests to improve their stay. Experience is essential with a general knowledge of appliance repairs, electrical, and plumbing. Applicant needs to be competent with using hand and power tools. This is a non-smoking property. The successful applicant must be reliable, physically fit, have a valid licence, transportation, and submit a criminal record check, be self-motivated to work independently and as part of our team.
