Japenese Maple "Waterfall" - PARKSVILLE BC

LOCATION PARKSVILLE BC ...... I have 2 very mature Japanese Maple trees called "Waterfall" $300.00 each firm on price..... 1) One is tall variety, 28 years old and needs new home, currently in pot + is root bound/ 7ft. x 7ft. From photo you can see overgrown my balcony needs to be in your garden/soil, well drained soil. Over the last 2 yrs. the leaves are small + should be about 4x4 or larger: see photo. It will be adventure to remove from 3rd. floor balcony, bring into apt. first, then tie w/soft rope and then wrap w/soft flat bed or plastic sheet, through sliding door into elevator. Hope you have ideas too. For transport leave tree wrapped. Need shady spot/filtered sunlight/some sun. All day sun will burn the lace leaves (see photo). Currently in plastic barrel type pot (21.5x13.5) could stay or move in your garden/soil, well drained soil and I made a mistake of putting a saucer / wet roots/ freeze in winter (saucer not included). Need shade/filtered sun/some sunlight. Current size 60" x 48" x 3ft. tall and price is $300.00 firm. Will be easy to move, apt. has a large flat bed dolly + into elevator.
