LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE Arrowsmith Lodge is also currently acceping resumes for Licensed Practical Nurses. Our LPN's work under the direction of the RN/Care Manager within their full scope of practice. LPN's participate fully as a member of the multidisciplinary team co-ordinating Registered Care Aides, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for work assignments in accordance with competency guidelines within the standards of practice as outlined by the BCCNP and current legislative scopes of practice.
