Looking to fill the following positions for custom home builder in the Cowichan Valley and surrounding areas... Lead Carpenter: $31-35/hour *Lead a crew of 3-4 in foundations and framing *Read & apply blueprints *Meet project deadlines *Complete tasks in a timely and safely fashion *Timber Framing a definite asset *Ticket is an asset but not mandatory *Complete daily progress reports Apprentice : $26-30/hour *Follow directions of Lead Hand Carpenter *Previous framing and foundation experience *Ability to work independently and as a team member *Reporting daily progress to lead hand Labourer : $20-24/hour *Follow directions of Lead Hand and apprentices *Assisting in the foundations and framing construction *Ability to work hard in all weather conditions *Job site clean up/dump runs We're an up and coming construction company based in the Cowichan Valley.
