Looking for Entire House to Rent

We are a family of three wanting to move into a FULL house that has an in-law suite in the basement for my spouses mother. Her home is going up for sale, and will need to move once it sells. We want to move into a nice quiet area, none of us smoke (anything at all) or drink. We are in bed by 10pm, and lead healthy lifestyles. Also, we have pristine references, and are self-employed. Pls contact for more information or references. We are seeking LONG TERM and would like the house to be as modern, and clean as possible Move- in date: Sept / November but willing to change date. We are willing to pay $2,300 maximum (and it would have to be beautiful for that price) or less! MUST be: Pet friendly - Our dog is amazing. She has her good neighbour certificate, up to date on shots and is spayed. Approximately 7 -8 yrsold. Does not chew, or cause damage of any kind to our current home. Cat is litter trained, spayed, and doesn't mark or ruin our furniture. Approximately 5 years old. Location location location! : Departure Bay/Westwood Lake/ Country Club/ Lantzville! Near pryde golf course off Bowen would be okay as well! No high traffic roads though. Not interested in south end or downtown area!
