Shelter: BC SPCA - Nanaimo & District Branch Animal ID: 522520 Birthdate: July 08, 2014 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: Yes Female Millie is the sweetest little girl you'll ever meet. She wants nothing more than to bask in love and attention. Millie was born with cerebellum hypoplasia which is a neurological condition that affects balance. She will need a home without stairs to keep her safe. This condition can also make getting to the litter box a bit of a challenge sometimes therefore a smaller home with several litter boxes for this gal would be ideal. She would probably do well with another friendly feline but does need a canine-free home. When Millie was surrendered to us, she did have thinning fur by the base of her tail. This could be due to stress, a food allergy or a flea allergy. She is currently on a hypo allergenic diet that may have to be lifelong. Although Millie has her challenges, she's worth it. She has the shelter staff wrapped around her little furry finger. *Millie is awaiting dental surgery therefore we are looking for someone local to foster to adopt* ***We've made changes to our adoption process. To adopt: 1. View Millie's profile: spca.bc.ca 2. Submit an application: https://spca.bc.ca/survey/cat-adoption-application-nanaimo 3. If it's a match, staff will contact you to set-up an appointment to come in for a visit or virtual meet & greet! 4. Live happily furever after ***We often receive many applications for an available animal. We do our best to respond, although are not always able to respond to all applicants. We will reach out to the approved adopter
