The candidate is responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, and responding to customer service inquiries. Responsibilities * Processing new sales orders, including setting up new customers and contacting sales reps and customers to gather all required information. * Completing sales orders in advance of invoicing and shipping, including assessing backorders and making decisions on whether orders are ready for shipment. * Maintaining knowledge of and passion for the product, and conveying that passion to sales reps and customers. * Completing customer service requests by phone and e-mail. Experience & Skills Requirements * 2+ years relevant experience. * Works well with all types of individuals in a busy, team-oriented environment. * Highly organized; keen attention to detail; able to prioritize and juggle multiple situations. * Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel minimum).
