Position Title: Assistant Residential Support WorkerLocation: Campbell River, BCJob Status: Casual (on-call)Position Start Date: ASAP Position Overview: We are looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals who possess excellent teamwork skills to join our team. Assistant Residential Support Workers prepare meals, maintain a clean home and assist individuals to live successfully in residential group home settings while implementing the philosophy and values of Communitas. Current Openings: Casual (on-call) staff are hired on an ongoing basis and are assigned to programs as needed. Here's what you can expect: Casual employees are expected to be available for a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week according to program needs. These shifts include day, evening, weekend shifts and stat holiday shifts. The Assistant Residential Support Worker positon requires a moderate level of physical fitness. Some assistance with lifting/transferring of individuals served and assistance with personal care required.
