Position Title: Residential Support WorkerLocation: Campbell River, BCJob Status: Full Time and Part TimePosition Start Date: ASAP Position Overview: We are looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals who possess excellent teamwork skills to join our team. Residential Support workers assist individuals to live successfully in residential group home settings while implementing the philosophy and values of Communitas. Current Openings: Full time/Part time staff are hired on an ongoing basis and are assigned to programs as needed. Here's what you can expect: Full time and part time employees are expected to be available for all shifts according to program needs. These shifts may include day, evening, overnight, weekend shifts and stat holiday shifts. The Residential Support Worker positon requires a moderate level of physical fitness. Some lifting/transferring of individuals served and assistance with personal care required.
