Professional Cleaner to work for growing company

Seeking a professional Cleaner to perform a variety cleaning and maintenance duties. The Cleaner will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to employer standards. Applicant must have or be willing to get an updated criminal record check. Must have your drivers license and your own vehicle. Required skills: - Very strong attention to detail - Hard working - Must be very personable (positive attitude) - Problem solving skills are a must - Versatility - Organized & able to follow a schedule - Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team - Great communication skills - Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds - Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties - Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills - Ability to follow verbal directions - Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties Previous experience cleaning preferred; training will be provided.
