Professional couple with pets looking for rental in Nanaimo

We are a young (30 years old) professional couple looking for a rental suite/home in Nanaimo. I am from Victoria myself and have been living in Calgary for my Master's degree. We are moving to Nanaimo once I'm finished and would like to find a place for December 1st or Jan 1st, 2019, depending on availability. We are both responsible, considerate adults. We are clean and quiet. We have a medium-sized mature dog, and two indoor cats (both around 6-7 years old). We recognize that many landlords are hesitant to take pets, and rightly so. We hope that you as a landlord will be open to considering us as tenants despite this, as we are reliable and responsible tenants. We are happy to answer any questions about the animals or us. One of us will be able to come out with the dog if needed to meet in the last two weeks of November. Our current landlord will be able to provide a reference for us and the pets.
