$1,450 · 2 bedroom suite in South Nanaimo for June 1st 2021

Looking for quiet, responsible, and reliable professionals (preferably 2 people and 3 maximum) for a 2 bedroom suite in a quiet neighbourhood in South Nanaimo. Currently I have tenants in the suite and June 1st would be the earliest for the next tenants to move in. It is located near VIU, bus stops, and QF, Country Grocer, Shoppers Drug Mart are less than 5 minutes away by car. The suite has a separate ground level entry and it includes all major appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, in-suite washer &amp dryer). Tenants are responsible for their own BC Hydro (separate metre) and Internet. No party, no smoking (including vaping), and no drugs (including Marijuana), and no pets. If you don't have a pet now; however, you are planning on having one later then it's not going to work. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE A PET. Proof of employment/income is needed.
