Cresta Roca Farm is a permaculture Farm located in Gabriola Island. We have red wiggler worms available. Worms are provided in rich organic growing mix to ensure they are kept healthy and hydrated. 1/2 lb size $25 and 1 lb size $ 45 5 lb maximum order size per customer. Sorry we do not ship worms. We have been producing red wiggler worms for 4 years. The soil created from the vermicomposting is excellent for adding nutrients to your garden, improving water retention. Add worms to your compost in fall to have nice composted soil in the spring. Cresta Roca Farm practices bio-security on the farm and during COVID 19 we are operating under enhanced precautions such as following mandated procedures such as social distancing and staying on the farm except for deliveries of products. We are delivering to Nanaimo twice weekly and customers can pick up at the Gabriola ferry terminal, or another location by arrangement. We are also offering delivery to homes in Nanaimo for anyone who needs to practice social isolation. Please call or email for information or to order.
