Looking for a mature student or young professional to share a spacious 6-bedroom house located in South Nanaimo. The house has three rooms available for rent and is a 5-minute drive or 25-30-minute walk from Vancouver Island University. The house has two full washrooms with showers as well as a one-half bath. There is a large shared kitchen, two fridges, two sinks and plenty of cupboard and counter space. As well, it has two shared large common areas with basic furnishing (two armchairs and dining room table) along with a deck and large backyard. There is lots of room for parking in the driveway and on the side of the road. All three rooms are unfurnished but a single bed with a frame can be supplied if needed for one room. Only one of the three rooms is shown in the pictures but all are similar in size and appearance. No smoking on property, no partying References required. You will be required to sign a month to month lease which requires 30 days notice upon leaving. There is also a $250 damage deposit required. Rent is $550 which includes utilities.
