Bedroom for rent in downstairs of a 2 story home. The house is shared with a mid 20's couple and 2 dogs upstairs. Although we love furry creatures, unfortunately there are no more pets allowed in the house. We are looking for a single occupant, full time working professional/student to share the home with. Preferably someone close to the same age who enjoys a quiet and clean household. The bedroom is unfurnished, has a closet and window. Your own bathroom downstairs. There is an older kitchenette downstairs with a sink, fridge, dual hotplate, toaster oven, and microwave that the upstairs tenants do not use. Your own living room that can come furnished with a couch, tv stand, bookshelf, and chair. All of which can be removed if you would like to bring your own furniture. There is lower level private entrance to the downstairs/your living room. Washer + drier downstairs beside the kitchenette, which is shared with the tenants upstairs. This space is ideal for someone looking for a reasonably priced place to live with a lot of privacy between other occupants. The only times the couple upstairs will be in your area will be on laundry days due to the washer drier being beside the kitchenette. Hydro is shared with the occupants upstairs. There are 3 people in the house and each person pays 1/3 of the hydro. Internet is included and cable with bluesky TV can be provided for the price of the extra box (around $10).
